The Letter Exchange

In a world of instant messages and endless scrolling, there’s something really special about receiving a handwritten letter.

I recently asked on Instagram if anyone would be interested in having an adult pen pal, and I was so surprised by how many people said yes. It reminded me that so many of us are looking for genuine connection, a slower pace, and the excitement of finding an envelope on the doormat with our name on it.

So, I thought… why not help make that happen?

Simply fill in the form below, and I’ll do my best to match you with someone who shares similar interests and preferences. Whether you’re hoping to exchange letters, emails, or simply make a new friend, I’d love to help bring people together.

This is a relaxed, community-led project, so while I’ll do my best to find a thoughtful match, I can’t guarantee one for everyone or promise that every pairing will be perfect.

How it works

  • Once you’ve been matched, it’s up to you both how you’d like to communicate.
  • There’s no pressure or expectation to maintain a certain frequency.
  • Please only sign up if you’re happy for me to share your contact details with your matched pen pal.
  • Not everyone can be guaranteed a match, but I’ll do my very best!
  • If your pen pal friendship naturally comes to an end or you haven’t heard from someone in a while, please feel free to contact me and I’ll see if I can help match you with someone new.
